Functions

• Maintenance of the regular operation of the ESTiG IT infrastructure and network systems;
• Provision of multiple network services such as: firewall, name resolution, address allocation, authentication, storage, printing, terminal servers, licence servers, application servers and database services, in offices, computer rooms, laboratories, classrooms, cybergarage, library, administrative offices and other functional units;
• Provision of help-desk support to ESTiG staff (academic and non-academic) and students.
