The Student Provider is a person of recognised academic merit and teaching experience at IPB, with a proven reputation for integrity and independence, appointed by the President of IPB after consultation with the main student body. They exercise their duties with full independence and may not hold management positions. The Provider carries out their work in coordination with student associations and, in particular, with the Pedagogical Councils.

The Provider is responsible for:

• a) examining students’ complaints and grievances and, where deemed justified, issuing appropriate recommendations to the competent bodies;
• b) making recommendations aimed at safeguarding students’ interests, particularly in the areas of teaching activities and student social support.
